How long do I have access to a course?

It depends on the course, but normally you have acccess between 6 to 12 months.

Are the courses live?

No. All courses are pre-recorded.
There is no set class time as your course can be accessed 24/7.

Can I purchase multiple courses at once?

Absolutely! Buy as many as you want. You can go at your own pace!

Do I need to buy textbooks?

All the reading materials you are required to access are included with your course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.

What can I look to gain from a mastermind group?

Mastermind group sessions permit diverse people with common goals to gather, discuss, explore, and grow in specific areas/topics. This is a valuable forum to interact, learn from others and enhance your knowledge/mindset with live industry experiences. Our mastermind group sessions are influenced by John Maxwell’s principles of leadership and personal growth. Workbook, best practices, and other materials guide us through discussions to optimize our time together. Opportunity to network with likeminded professionals at different levels in their leadership journey.

How long are the mastermind group sessions?

Mastermind sessions vary between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Depending on the topic, it can last approximately 3 - 6 weeks.

What time do mastermind group sessions start?

Participants will be notified of the time to register for a mastermind session.

However, daytime mastermind sessions are at noon. Evening Mastermind sessions start at 6:00PM or 7:00 PM.

Is the information discussed confidential?

Yes! Integrity and trust are a must in every group session we conduct. We follow confidentiality guidelines provided to each participant at the start of each session.

Registration Process

Help! I lost my password or log-in information.

You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password' found on the Login form.
A new form will pop up, where you will have to add your email, in order to receive the reset password link.
In the received email there will be a link to the reset password form. After clicking on the link you will be redirected to the new password form and after adding the new password, you will be automatically logged in to the school.

You can also change your password through your Profile page, by clicking on Edit → Change password.

Course Completion

I completed my course! Now what?

Well done! Depending on the course, you will have 6 to 12 months access to revisit and reflect on all course material.

When you successfully complete an Online Course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion.
Certificates of Completion are delivered instantly to your email after completing all assigments and successfully passed all quizzes.
These digital verified credentials allow you to present a trustworthy record of your learning to anyone at any time.

Our certificate platform permits you to share your achievement on various social media platforms and add it to your LinkedIn profile.

How can Online Courses benefit my carrer options?

Including Online Courses on your resume, posting your Certificate of Completion to your online profiles such as LinkedIn, and staying connected with your classmates to network are powerful ways to continue leveraging your experience long after your course has ended.
